The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Upon termination for cause, 44 vipph may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

If you have a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or account action, you must first contact 44 vipph customer support via live chat and allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter internally. 44 vipph aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
All disputes must be raised within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 44 vipph will not consider disputes raised after this period.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions set out in Section 16 below.
44 vipph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 44 vipph will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the 44 vipph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through 44 vipph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 44 vipph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
