Terms & Conditions – 44 vipph Player Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "44 vipph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 44 vipph online gaming platform accessible at 44-vipph.org.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 44 vipph account.
• "Platform" refers to the 44 vipph website, mobile web interface, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 44 vipph Platform.
• "Funds" refers to real-money PHP balances held in a player's 44 vipph wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits issued by 44 vipph that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 44 vipph prior to processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 44 vipph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 44 vipph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 44 vipph or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 44 vipph Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. 44 vipph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 44 vipph login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any other person — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 44 vipph immediately via live chat support. 44 vipph will investigate and may temporarily freeze your account pending the outcome of that investigation.

4. KYC and Identity Verification

44 vipph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name and mobile number).
• A selfie holding your ID, if requested by the 44 vipph compliance team.

44 vipph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

5. Deposits and Payments

All deposits to your 44 vipph wallet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 44 vipph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking, subject to availability.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your 44 vipph wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
• 44 vipph does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 44 vipph bears no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 44 vipph reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment account in your name.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 44 vipph finance team.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya can expect withdrawals to be processed within five (5) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Only the cash component of your balance is available for withdrawal at any time.
• 44 vipph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 PHP, which may extend processing time.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

44 vipph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all 44 vipph bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific bonus offer. Bonus Funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited.
• 44 vipph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to player accounts will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, or collusion — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 44 vipph Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

• RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games) use certified random number generation technology. Results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by 44 vipph after a wager is placed.
• Live dealer game results are final once the round is closed by the dealer. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the game session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 44 vipph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet.
• Bets placed during a verified platform outage or connectivity failure on 44 vipph's end will be voided and refunded. Connectivity issues on the player's end do not entitle the player to a refund of settled bets.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44 vipph Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or with 44 vipph staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to 44 vipph immediately. Winnings derived from exploits will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 44 vipph staff or other players through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming

44 vipph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on our Platform. We provide the following tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 44 vipph Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay that display your session duration and net win/loss position.

If you believe your gaming has become problematic, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool immediately and seek support from qualified organizations. 44 vipph supports the responsible gaming framework established by PAGCOR for the protection of Filipino players.

Gaming on 44 vipph is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. It is your responsibility to ensure that minors do not have access to your 44 vipph account or your device while you are logged in.

11. Privacy and Data

44 vipph collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

44 vipph will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (such as GCash and PayMaya) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your transactions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 44 vipph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of 44 vipph.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 44 vipph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Account Termination

44 vipph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Upon termination for cause, 44 vipph may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 44 vipph support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

14. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or account action, you must first contact 44 vipph customer support via live chat and allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter internally. 44 vipph aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

All disputes must be raised within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 44 vipph will not consider disputes raised after this period.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions set out in Section 16 below.

15. Amendments to These Terms

44 vipph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 44 vipph will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 44 vipph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through 44 vipph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 44 vipph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
